Refund Policy

Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital software purchases are generally not refundable after license delivery, download, or product access, except where required by applicable law. Cognitive Hub is a digital software product, and fulfillment may include license issuance, download access, delivery instructions, or account-based product access shortly after purchase.

When Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Except where required by applicable law, refund requests will generally be declined once any of the following has occurred:

  • License issuance or activation
  • Download delivery or product delivery instructions
  • Customer access to the purchased software or member area
  • Provision of access credentials or entitlement to the product

Store Credit and Exchanges

Store credit or exchanges for eligible products may be offered at our discretion. Store credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and may be limited to eligible products, accounts, or purchase scenarios. Exchange or credit options, when offered, are determined case by case and do not create an ongoing right to refunds, credits, or product swaps.

Payment Provider and Merchant-of-Record Processes

Payments may be processed through a payment provider or merchant of record. Where required, refund routing, tax handling, charge processing, or compliance steps may be administered through that provider's process. Any such process does not expand refund rights beyond this policy except where required by applicable law.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or remedy, Price Axiom will honor those obligations.
