License Agreement

License Grant

Upon valid purchase, Price Axiom grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) license to use the purchased software subject to the following terms:

• The license is for personal or business use by a single user
• You may install the software on multiple machines you own/control
• The license includes all future updates at no additional cost
• The license is perpetual and does not expire

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

Ownership

Price Axiom retains all intellectual property rights in the software. This license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of the software itself. Your trading data and configurations remain your property.

Updates and Support

Your license includes access to all software updates released during the lifetime of the product. Support is provided via email on a reasonable-effort basis. We reserve the right to discontinue the product with reasonable notice, but your license to the existing version remains valid.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. See our Terms of Service for complete disclaimer and limitation of liability.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
